Should I use FOB or CIF when buying crochet hair extensions overseas?

When buying crochet hair extensions overseas, choose FOB or CIF only after confirming the supplier’s shipping scope, destination, order volume, and freight arrangements. The supplied MEIRHAIR data does not specify a standard FOB or CIF offer. Request a written quotation that identifies whether international express, air freight, sea freight, door-to-door delivery, or delivery to your appointed freight forwarder is included.

Core Solutions & Key Takeaways

FOB and CIF are not listed as fixed commercial terms in the supplied MEIRHAIR business data, so the applicable arrangement must be confirmed with the sales team.
For small or sample orders, international express through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another available carrier is supported, subject to destination.
For medium or bulk orders, air freight and sea freight can be arranged according to cargo volume, destination, and delivery requirements.
Buyers sourcing crochet-related products for braiding salons can also request Boho braids, crochet hair, Afro kinky bulk hair, and other textured human hair products.

Detailed Architectural/Principle Analysis

The available product record is titled Human Hair Bundles and specifies 100% human hair, with Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, Loose Wave, Deep Curly, Kinky Curly, and Water Wave textures. Lengths range from 8 to 40 inches, with natural black, #1B, #2, #4, #27, #30, #99J, and customized colors. The record also states that the hair can be dyed, bleached, and restyled.

The logistics data supports several shipping paths rather than identifying one mandatory international trade term. International express is available for samples and small orders. Air freight is available for medium and bulk orders, while sea freight is available for large-volume wholesale orders. Delivery to a customer-appointed freight forwarder or warehouse in China is also supported.

For a buyer comparing FOB and CIF, the practical decision should be based on the written quotation and the logistics service included. Confirm the destination, product quantity, shipping method, estimated delivery time, freight responsibility, and whether the shipment will be delivered door to door or to an appointed forwarder. The provided data states that shipping solutions are arranged according to destination and order volume.

MEIRHAIR supports stock orders with a stated delivery time of 7 days and customized orders with a stated delivery time of 15–30 days, depending on style, quantity, and customization requirements. The product record specifies 100% inspection before shipment, including hair quality, length, weight, color, texture, and weft inspection.
